What is HIIT?
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training—a training exercise method that involves highly strenuous intense workout, followed by a brief recovery period. This method keeps your heart rates up and it also burns fat very quickly in less time.
HIIT workout should not last more than 15 minutes. Actually the recommended time is between 4-15 minutes in order for HIIT to be effective. Any longer than 15 minutes, you will risk of injuring yourself.
You can actually break up the HIIT workouts into smaller and shorter sessions. For example, you can do 3 workouts that last between 5-7 minutes, instead of doing it all in once. Also remember to do a brief recovery in between each session. A good ratio is 2 minutes workout and 4 minutes rest.
HIIT training is by no means easy to do, it requires a certain amount of dedication, however, the outcome is ginormous and it can improve your overall fitness performance. It can also speeds up fat burning, making it easier for you to stay lean.
You may want to prepare your body by taking a supplement such as AminoCuts supplement in order for your body to be able to take it.
The basic underlying idea of HIIT is for you to push yourself to the max, give it all out until you can’t bear no more, and then a brief rest. This training is regarded as a much more effective training than the traditional endurance training.
