Delicious Protein Smoothie Recipe

Everybody loves smoothie….but we can quickly get tired of mixing the same old boring ingredients , so here I have compiled a few delicious protein smoothie recipes to accompany your bodybuilding workouts.
Bananas are the best for smoothie. They taste sweet, and it makes the smoothie creamy. Also, bananas are called the king of fruit for good reasons, they contain a lot of potassium which can protect the heart (consuming bananas regularly would reduce the risk of heart attacks by 40%). You can add bananas to your protein shakes too. It’s that simple. Here is a simple banana protein shake recipe I really like.
1. THE CLASSIC BANANA / NUT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1 Scoop of Protein Shake Powder.
16 oz of skimmed milk
1 ripe whole banana
15ml of honey
1 handful of nuts
A dash of vanilla extract.
Since I’m lactose intolerant, I really like this Advanced Soy Pro from Universal Nutrition.
2. Whey Protein & Fruits Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 spoon of Whey Protein powder (this is optional, but I love this 100% Whey Protein Isolate from Hard Rhino).
4 oz Greek yogurt
4 oz of coconut milk
A bunch of red fruits
2 sticks of carrots
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
4 oz of water
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3. BANANA CINNAMON SMOOTHIE
I love Cinnamon. It gives smoothie that rich flavor and scent, and it has thermogenic properties (natural fat burner), it’s a powerful antioxidant, and it can also help to lower the glycemic index.
Ingredients:
10 0z of almond milk
2 cups of yogurt.
1 banana
2 teaspoons of almond butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4. Tropical Mango Smoothie
I love MANGOS. If you can find mango in the grocery store, give this delicious fruit a try. They are sweet and succulent. It reminds me of a tropical place just by eating mango. You can eat the fruit just by itself, or you can mix them into the smoothie. Guaranteed creamy and smooth shake.
Ingredients:
1 mango cut cubes.
2 cups of low-fat milk
1 cup of soy yogurt
5. Rich Chocolate Smoothie
This amazing chocolate smoothie is the perfect way to start your day. Not only it is delicious, it’s also packed with protein.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk.
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter.
1 ripe banana can be frozen, broken into large chunks.
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder.
5-10 ice cubes depending on how thick you like it.
